Juice On A Plane?!
August 11th, 2006
Here I am at the airport! And I am so, so, SO very impressed that it has FREE wi-fi. An international airport hub with free internet? Who woulda thunk? Now Atlanta, Detroit and Cincinnati (and the rest) need to follow through...
I got here like three hours early, lol. (Read my previous post to see where this started.) But surprisingly the security wasn't as hard to get through as I thought. Although I did make extra sure not to have any of the banned items in what I'm carrying on the plane. I asked one of the employees last minute whether lipstick or chapstick was allowed and they said "anything of a gel or paste consistency" so I guess that means a yes.
Well, I can live without for a while.
LOL, but guess what I saw in this bin of stuff the security people were collecting...I saw a deodorant thing, some yogurt cup things...and a big gallon of apple juice! Who the hell would take a big ol' jug of apple juice with them on a plane. Just take swigs of it out of your carry on? "I'm not thirsty" to the flight attendent? I personally would choke on my ginger ale if I saw someone chugging apple juice like that on a plane.

Well…maybe the apple juice was for their kids? I’d be more concerned about the guy who had to leave their deodorant - smelly.
