Past, Present, Future
PAST: Did you and your family do the "big summer vacation" thing when you were a kid? You know, long hours on the road (or at the airport), "Are we there yet?", "Don't make me come back there!", and all that fun? Do tell... Well, since my family was military we'd always just come back to my grandmother's house in Floriday from whatever country we were currently living in. So I guess you could call it somewhat of a big summer vacation, lol, hehe.
PRESENT: When was the last time you took deliberate, premeditated time off from work for the sole purpose of goofing off? And what did you end up doing? Work? I'll just subsitute college for that...and I do that whenever I feel like skipping a class or a day of classes (although that's extremely rare) and I usually end up sleeping, relaxing, working on my site or playing guitar.
FUTURE: You have the means, motive, opportunity, blah blah blah. Where do you go, who do you bring, what do you do on your no-holds-barred vacation? Hmm...I would love right now to either go on a cruise back to the Bahamas or somewhere tropical or go on a skii/snowboarding trip with my college ministry group! That would rock...we'd all have a blast. ^.^
Daily Dirt
1. If you can have any job in the world, what would it be? Well, I'm currently being educated in order to be professional web designer...so hopefully I'll get a job doing that...it is something I want to be. But ok...I'll be brutally honest...I really don't see myself doing anything else after I graduate but very hopefully getting married and being a mom. Seriously...I know there are some people who don't believe me, but it is definitely a desire of mine.
2. Would you recommend it to a friend or keep it to yourself? Lol, sure...web design is a great hobby to pass the time with...even more so then just considering it a job. It's just a hobby you get paid for, hehe. And on being a mom, I think every woman should experience it at least once, even if it's not their own kid.
3. What kind of house will you be living in? I honestly don't know. Like most people I have a dream house, but its really not that important to me.
4. How long will you keep that job? Even when I have kids I'm still gonna probably do stuff with computers...maybe freelance things.
5. Are you actually qualified to do that job? In some ways, yes. I have enough skills to be paid to do this...I already get paid for different odd projects that I do for people. But I'm not officially professional yet.
Random Question Tomorrow is opening day deer season for fire arms. How do you feel about hunting? Lol, one of my really good friends is into hunting and you wouldn't think she was if you looked at her...she's such a girly girl. ^.^ Hehe...I love you Heather, mah sista! ^.^ But I guess its ok. I would never do it myself though.
7th Heaven
01. Have you ever lost touch with someone you should call? Yeah, many many many people who I've been friends with while traveling around the world in my military family.
02. Deep in thought do you forgive everyone? I try to...but its so hard sometimes when it comes to certain people who've hurt you or wronged you in some way. Its just hard to shrug it off even though its best to do it to move on.
03. What do you have faith in? God, because I know His love i unfailing...nothing else is really stable enough to have faith in....not even friends sometimes. Even though that's a sad thought, you have to admit its true.
04. What (not who) do you care about? Hmm...being a good person, a good Christian...finding ways to help people when I can even though I usually suck at it. Sometimes I care too much about what people think of me, I'll admit it. It's a growing process.
05. What is the worst thing that could probably happen to you? Being completely without friends and family.
06. Who or what is really the absolute root and source of all evil? Satan, the evil man.
07. Do you want to change the world? If you don't, who will? Of course, doesn't everyone? But I believe only some people are called to change the entire world. The majority of us are called to only touch certain parts of it with what we do and say. Even though its not as big of an aspiration as getting at the entire world, it's still a great accomplishment to have an effect on at least someone. That's just what I think.
