Tonight I'm relaxing a bit and cooking a good meal for myself.
Here is what's on the menu tonight:
As I'm waiting for my chicken to grill, I'm sipping on Raspberry Zinfandel from
Wild Vines, which is
delicious! It's kind of chilly right now, so the wine is warming me up a bit! :hehe:
Here is a yummy drink recipe I found using the wine:
Raspberry Slush!
- 1 bottle Wild Vines Raspberry Zinfandel, chilled
- 6 oz. Pineapple juice
- 6 oz. Orange juice
- 1C Frozen raspberries
- 8 Ice cubes
Mix the liquid ingredients in a pitcher. Spoon frozen raspberries into each glass, dividing evenly. Add two cubes of ice to each glass. Pour the liquid slush over the raspberries and ice, and enjoy. Serves 4!
