Just got home from hangin' out at the B.F house, lol, Kim, hehe. I observed a stimulating game of darts and then strategized muy muy well (according to meeee) in a weird game of Uno with wacky rules. Then we watched the movie When Harry Met Sally which I actually thoroughly enjoyed and it's definitely on my list of DVDs to buy. Yay. So I guess all that means that I got back home in one piece...my fish didn't die but I did discover a bowl of moldy 4-day old cheesy pasta stuff in the microwave that was covered in gross flies. I had to clean and air out the microwave and then Lysol the entire kitchen and pantry...lol...yuck yuck.

But my roomie put up a Christmas tree! I hung my one lone ornament on it...hehe...a tiny little white Starbucks coffee cup I bought in Charlotte, NC on my way back home yesterday. I watched Shakespeare in Love before I went to hang with da crew, lol...it's a cool movie.

I need to sleep soon. I have to get up in like 5 hours or something for the beginning of the last 2 weeks of my first college semester, niceness.:D I'm going back home on the 15th cuz my momma is going into surgery on the 16th and needs my help driving my sisters to school for a while. It's all good...I was so happy to visit my family for Thanksgiving...you just don't understand...it was so great!! I just miss being in my sisters' lives...you know...looking after them...making sure no one is being a jerk to them...no boys break their hearts...no mean girls call them stupid names...its not like I could actually do all that stuff but just being physically in their lives for most of the time made me feel like I made somewhat of a difference, you know? Yup yup...

I hope you all had a good holiday! Tell me about it when you get the chance...leave a comment or something if I haven't already commented on an entry you made on Thanksgiving, etc. Anyone go shoppin'?? See the NY parade?? Football game? Eat a HUGE dinner on Thursday??? All us college kids who got to eat real food sure appreciate Thanksgiving, lol....wowwww...its so nice!

Yup, yup. I'm sitting here on a plane in Charlotte...waiting to take off to get me back to my sunny homestead. Whoohoo! Visiting my family wasn't as cold and chilly as I thought it would be....although, then again, I rarely went outside at all except to get in a car or something...hehe....the back of the plane must be where all the college students get their tickets because there's a ton of young, cute guys back here...oh yeah, go Melissa, SCORE. Yeah right...lol. Although I wouldn't be surprised if they did go to UCF the odds of meeting someone and then seeing them on campus are rare....hehe...with roughly 42,000 of us its kinda difficult to maintain that on a regular basis, hehe. I'm lucky if I even see my current friends at all, lol. Lalalaaaa.....I'm sure the flight attendant lady will be telling me to put up my laptop soon. It's alllllll good...I got the second Harry Potter book to amuse me until I can drag this thing out again. I wasn't even supposed to have it with me....I was planning on packing it in my suitcase like the way it came...but noooooo, my parents got all paranoid and made me bring it on the plane...its so annoying. All I wanted was my purse. :p And now I have a bag full of Starbucks goodies to weigh me down as well. Yay, yay, yay.
