Neopets Tips
This was written years ago for Neopets, heh! 
I still think several of these tips apply, however, to the fun-ness that is the website.

Deckswabber
When you jump around the squares don't go back and forth or up and down, try to jump around in a circle/spiral, you'll cover more ground that way at a quicker pace. Go after the boxes that will turn your squares back to the orinigal color but don't forsake squares just to get a coin, its not worth the time.
Gadgadsgame
Try to get as many fruits next to each other as possible. because more little fruits make bigger fruits which give you more points.
Pyramids
Don't try to be fast with this game, its not timed. Just pace yourself and watch for sequences. If you can see two sequences in a game, pick the one that will put more cards back in the deck.
Swarm
Shoot the bugs in the center before you shoot the ones on the outside. This keeps the swarms from blowing up your cover too quickly and from sweeping across the board and keep you running from their shots.
Ice Cream Factory
I heard somewhere that someone said the warehouse levels don't give you points for the purple boxes, that's not true! They STILL give you points! But don't get yourself stuck trying to get to an unreachable box....but I got up to a really high level (check my scores) and only missed a couple of them, so its not too difficult. Try to get the gold ice cream cuz it will give you tons of points, but there is one level that's the same color as the gold ones. But I DID get a gold one on that level! so just watch for the differences....also, when the ice cream that makes you smaller pops up, grab it! It lets you move better...but don't think that the ice cream that slows the game down for you is good, it just slows down your whole game and takes forever to complete the level...
Battledome Healing
Need healing fast? When you're low on HP, equip yourself with a healing item or two (I suggest the caustic potion, mud mixture, or frost healing) and battle punchbag bob just using your healing items. You can do this while you can't visit the healing faerie.
Battledome Battles
Don't fight until you are ready with a trained pet and good bd items!Thats all I hafta say.
Using the Wizard
Refresh refresh refresh! At LEAST 3-5 times to make sure you're seeing the cheapest price available.
Price It Right
Definitely use the shop wizard for this thing and refresh it a bunch of times. Also, don't try to price as low as you can unless you are going for a big sellout. But price your items so they are a little higher than the current lower prices. So when all the lower priced ones are bought out you'll get more for your NP.
Safety Deposit Box
Use this ALOT! Store everything you want to save and all the rare items you want to keep safe! Also, when the advent calendar is open I would save all your advent items that you get, don't sell them right away! Keep them until at least the summertime or when it gets close to next christmas, because by then usually they are priced higher than before, especially the christmas-y items.
Bargaining
When you're clicking away during restock times, make sure you don't bargain a price too low for the shopkeeper or he'll toss you out of his shop and you'll get banned from buying items for that one whole restock (as far as I know in my experience). But don't bargain too high either or you'll pay more than the shopkeeper might be willing to let it go for.
Other Tips
Please, please don't fill your shop with horribly clashing color schemes, tons of pictures or songs that play in the background. These irritate your visitors who only care about your items usually and who are running around really fast to beat prices. All that stuff in your shop just slows down the loading (even for a fast connection at times) and keeps them from getting the item they want at times.
News
Read this DAILY! (even on the weekends when they don't post as much) This is your key to stay up in the new events and happenings on neopets! If you don't watch this page you might miss a few crucial things. Mystery pic, lenny conundrum, caption contest, better than you and other things like that are announced in the news, and if you aren't there to catch it quick you might not get a prize, even if you have the right answer for something.

Guilds
Want a large active guild? Be sure to provide your members with cool activities, contests, unique holiday things, giveaways, and lots more. And the bottom line is to make sure you have enough time on your hands to pull it all off. If you're never there (or don't have an active staff to help you) you won't succeed in this area.
NP Making
Play games, complete jobs, send in artwork, poetry and stories, enter contests! But from my research what gives you the most NP is doing shop restocks. Be there to get items cheap and then resell them in your shop. even though this might take some time, it'll pay off in the end!
