I first picked up World of Warcraft a week after it was released, on December 6, 2004. It was the first MMORPG I had ever played, and damn was I a nublet, haha!
Not only does WoW offer worlds with gorgeous landscapes and vibrant colors for you to adventure in, it also sports a kick ass website! It has got to be one of the most beautifully created sites on the web. It might take a bit to load because it is so content and visual heavy, but it is well worth the wait. I love browsing it when I'm bored or want to catch up on new additions to the game.
My home server has always been Gilneas because of all the awesome friends I've met and the great times I've had during my adventures in Azeroth. I lean more towards the PvE side of WoW and not so much PvP, but I've gotten in some good wtfpwnbbq hits on Roshata, back in her prime! ;D
Roshata, 70 Huntress
Roshata was not my first character on WoW (gasp!). My first character was a Night Elf Druid (zomg!) created on the Llane server. I logged onto the game one day to find my server was down, so I decided to roll another character until it came back up.
I picked a Tauren Hunter and actually used the "Random Name" generator in the game to find a name, because I didn't think I would be sticking around there for long. The name "Roshata" popped up and I clicked the button into Azeroth.
When I first saw the beautiful plains of Mulgore, I was in awe of how peaceful and open it was. Actually, the first ever screenshot that I took of the game actually shows Roshata at level 12, kneeling on a hill as a herd of deer run past her. I loved that starting are so much that I decided to stay with her! Roshata officially became my main character for the next two and a half years. :)
As of February of 2007, Roshata has been retired from serious gameplay. I played her long enough to level to 70 and then took a huge break to graduate college on a good note. ;) I keep her as my mule character for now. I could never delete her, there's too many good memories. :)
Kindlady, 70 Priestess

I picked up playing Kindlady more after I graduated from my university in the Spring of 2007. Playing a priest is, obviously, the complete opposite of what I had played for years before: a hunter! I loved having healing spells though and actually leveled her up to 55 strictly as a Holy Priest. I eventually decided to go Shadow to level to 70 more quickly, which ended up being really fun!
Kindlady pretty much became my main character in the Fall of 2007 after I began raiding the new Outlands content with my guild. She got tons of awesome epics and I even made enough money with her to buy my epic flying mount!
To make a long story short, some lame guild drama happened and I sort of lost the desire to play WoW for a while. That was also around when I got my current "big kid" job and didn't have as much time to devote to the game anyway. So I took a break and here I am. :)
Raiding Good Times
Since I am a veteran player of WoW, I was lucky enough to get to experience the old world dungeon content of Molten Core, Onyxia's Lair, Blackwing Lair, Ahn'Qiraj and several others. Ever since the release of the Burning Crusade expansion, most of those dungeons have been sadly abandoned for bigger and better things.
I miss raiding in those areas quite often because I had a ton of awesomely fun times pwning the faces off of bosses and learning the fight strategies. My "trophies" from those good ol' days are my prized full sets of Giantstalker and Dragonstalker armor! Those sets are pretty much impossible to get anymore because no one runs the old dungeons. I keep the DS armor on Roshata for fun and actually get a lot of compliments on how cool it looks on her. :)
Super Support!
I was leveling on Kindlady one time and getting ready to kill this one mob for a quest I was on, when I notice a player from the opposite faction standing nearby. I go on to begin killing the mob's guardians so I can get to him, when all of a sudden the other player zooms in and ganks the mob before I'm done with the guardians! *grumbles*
I was pretty pissed, so I opened a support ticket in-game to complain about the other player's behavior. After a while, I was contacted by a GM and we proceeded to have this very interesting conversation that I have screencapped for your enjoyment. :)

I always love when I come across other blogs of people who also play WoW. And not just those that play it casually persay, but raiders :P. It makes me not feel as lonesome as I sometimes do when I go on a WoW spiel, complaining, bragging, whatever about my guilds accomplishments or GL stress on my site and my regular readers are just sitting there scratching there heads and saying “huh?”.
I raided as my rogue for about a year before making the leap to a druid Alliance side on the server Shadow Council up until right before the Xpac. They offered up a server transfer and I moved my raid guild to Sisters of Elune.
I play WoW way too much, it’s bad for my health
The guild I am in isn’t as progressed as yours it seems but it was pretty much a last resort for me. After leaving a social guild when the server was in a ‘developed’ state none of the more hardcore guilds wanted a mage (there are too many mages on our server) - but I’m glad I joined my guild, because I found my boyfriend (the guildleader) and we get to progress and learn the tactics together rather than me just being dragged through for my epics.
Before TBC we were working on BWL and AQ40 but after TBC came it completely screwed over our raiding schedule, loads of people left and we can no longer get together enough people to do the content we were previously working on (nobody is interested in completing it, they just want useful loot) so we split into two teams and are working our way through Karazhan.
Team B is pretty far through (I forget how far exactly) but I just so happen to be in the less hardcore team, Team A… and we’re stuck on Moroes. We have the tactics down almost perfect but there’s one problem - the only paladin in our team left the guild recently. It is really hard to do without a paladin, the only time we succeeded was when we had our paladin.
So, due to that and the shitty attitudes of some of the people in our guild, me and my boyfriend have gone to make blood elves (warlock and paladin) on another really developed server where some of his real life friends (from LARP no less) own a guild on horde side which are more progressed than us, and we got to make classes they actually need so hopefully we’ll fit in well
currently level 32 and rising.
Its me Jeremy from the server of alaxtraza on us realms I have a 65 ne hunter and 70 troll warrior. the hunter was my main all the way up intill bc after bc I decided to try somthing new so I made a troll warrior on some server which I cant rember its name It took me 3 months to get him up to 70 and then I decided to transfer him to my mains server because it has a pretty bad ass horde population so I xferd him and now im in deathmongers guild pretty small guild not nearly ready for raiding but I love the members and all the other shit that matters. just got into an arena group and we suck its because im freaking prot warrior so last night I changed to arms/furry hybrid spec with dreams of getting some nice gear and weapons
Hola.. Mis here from Whisperwind (US) and Moonrunner (US) realms. I play on two because two of my closest friends started their games on other servers. On MR I have a lvl 35 Draenei Mage named Draconisa (my fave toon to date) and an alt, lvl 12 Draenei Shammy that goes by Ianthe. I’m a proud member of Dirty Little Secret on this realm, and so far, I’m really diggin’ going through the game as a mage.
Whisperwind has my first toon ever, level 34 night elf hunter Ibiza, and my alt, Kiefyr - a night elf druid. Both belong to Knights Templar guild, which actually contains a lot of locals from my city. Kinda creepy, but fun at the same time, knowing I’m not the only geek on my street playing WoW until the wee hours xD Near my bday, May 4, I went on a LETS GET IBIZA FROM 23-30 spree, and rushed with the help of my best friend and guildies to get there. I made it, at 12.30a on May 4th, but since then I’ve begun to get bored of my hunter. Sad, but eh. It happens, doesn’t it? I’m queen of making new toons when I’m bored and also have a blood elf on WW. But here I am, rambling on and on about my game and blah
Look me up sometime if you’d like. I’ve also added you to xfire ;p
