I Will Survive!

Whoohoo! I survived Hurricane Frances! :D Hehe, now let's just see if Ivan will pay us a visit this upcoming week. :x Blah. I was watching the news last night and one of the anchormen said that this was the price for living in paradise, lol. Too true.

Speaking of news, there are a ton of interesting articles popping up on my RSS Feeds list about crazy things happening around the world. There is a guy on the web who is using Google's GMail system as a blogging tool for his website! Since GMail allows any user to have practically an unlimited amount of space (1000mb) on their account this blogger will never run out of webspace! Pretty crafty.

A scuba diver in Tennessee just broke his own world record for how long someone could stay underwater and survive with only minimal supplies. His current new record is 120 hours, 1 minute and 25 seconds. :grin:

Something that is totally making me excited is the upcoming "merge" of Netflix and TiVo! I am already a happy Netflix subscriber...and although I've never tried TiVo...imagine being able to download your Netflix movies right to your TV instead of having to wait for the mail to arrive!! :D For me this is a fantabulous idea! Maybe someday I'll get TiVo and try it out. :) Online gadget's weblog Gizmodo comments: "If they could figure out a way to let us take TiVoToGo onto mobile media devices, we could finally have an all-you-can-eat, legal video download option."

Using Gmail’s system for blogging tool?! How does it works?! Haha.. i have sign up for the gmail but i never use it instead i use it to store some of my junks there. lol!
