Ohh, remind me never to eat an entire small cheese pizza again.
So, according to Improbable Research, Professor Robert Thornton of LeHigh University has a phenomenal idea for regulating students who sleep during his lectures:
If sleep appeared imminent, those who did not wish to be roused could simply hang a "Do Not Disturb" sign on their shirt or sweater button. It would be a clear signal that they wished to be allowed to, well, rest in peace.
Personally, I would applaud this act at my university. I've had professors that are just so rude when you try to sleep in their classes. They'll heckle you until you wake up and everyone laughs, most unpleasant. Gosh darnit those people...classes aren't for learning, they're for catching up on all the sleep you lost last night because you spent all those hours playing Dark Cloud 2.
Muah ha ha.

In other news, a city in California has just installed an experimental stoplight that is supposed to trap speed demons. Apparently as you approach the light there is a camera attached somewhere that will measure your speed. If you are going over the limit the light will automatically change from green, to yellow, to red, supposedly to make you, the saucy Speedy Gonzalez you are, realize your error.
This is sad news for professed speed lovers, like myself. I can't help it that I like to drive fast...usually it's only on highways and interestates though. I try to stick to the law on the more populated roads.
Are you a blog owner? Wondering how to get more hits and readers? Just do what Ellen Simonetti did. Dress in the uniform you wear at your job, pose for some provacative pictures and post 'em up on your site.
Unfortunately for Ellen, Delta Air Lines didn't appreciate this little bit of publicity all that much. It cost Ellen her job as a flight attendant, but she still boasts almost half a million hits and averages about 20 to 30 comments per entry.
I wouldn't be surprised to see a new wave of popular blogs hit the Blogosphere now...no longer just about content but how sexy that girl is in the McDonald's visor or how hot that guy is flexing his muscles in a Best Buy polo shirt.
Why go to class at all if you’re just going to sleep? I used to just skip it. The bed is much more comfortable anyway.
Heehee, I don’t really sleep in my classes…just bein’ a little sarcastic.
There is nothing like a nice nap in class!!
I used to do it myself….
I heard about that queen of the sky, it just sucks she got fired, hey with all those hits she should start selling naked pictures or something like that, don’t you think? :bouncy:
Lol, yeah you know I really wouldn’t be surprised if she did that!
