Yesterday I turned 23 years old! 
That's a weird age and, of course, I don't feel a year older yet. I also happen to share a birthday with my mom, and it was her 50th! That's a bit more important than 23. ;P Lucky for her, she definitely doesn't look 50 at all!
So for my fab birthday, I went to work (which is fun and like a party anyway, hehe) and punched out some project paperwork for most of the day. I did get to work on the new style for my site, which is happily coming along great!
My coworkers and I went out to an Indian buffet for lunch and when I came back I found a gorgeous bouquet of flowers from my sister, Lisa! Best part of all was that it was made of fruit, haha! There were even delish green apple slices dipped in chocolate, yum yum.
The only other thing I did for my birthday was watch the Lost season premiere with Chaz, which was awesome. I'm so excited for what's going to happen. That show drives me crazy, I love it! And I plan on being completely surprised every week so I refuse to even watch the previews for upcoming shows, hehe.
Overall, my birthday was great! The weekend will be the real time to celebrate. Chaz is taking me out to eat tonight and then we'll probably watch one of my movies. On Saturday I have friends coming over, including Arien and her hubby! Ice cream cake, huzzah!
I should be getting some awesome presents soon (the ones I know about that is, hehe) so expect pictures. My new bento goodies that I mentioned last week have arrived as well, meaning you will hopefully be seeing some regular cute lunch postings coming up!
