Eureka!

I've figured out why my image shadows and maybe even my comment smilies don't work! It's because of my Movable Type blog software installed on my site, I probably did something while I was editing code and stuff that disabled things because I've seen MT powered blogs with shadows working fine. So I'm considering either completely re-installing MT or switching to this other software I've been researching called Wordpress. I just want to start fresh and new and try to have a minimal amount of errors if I can manage it...and I think I'll have a better chance of getting my site to validate in HTML and XHTML. If anyone has any tips or suggestions please leave a comment! :D

Wordpress is great! Easy to install and to use! Hacks are very good too! You should definitely use it!

WordPress is what was suggested I use, and through two versions/updates I really like using it. Others I know who use WP have good feedback on it, so I’d say if you’re game for switching, go for it.

Cool, I hope it works out for you, it did for me and I am not very experienced with these kinds of scripts. And if you find out how can I keep the comment space from hiding behind the menu when trying to write a comment, let me know!! ;-)

I found you through shanni’s site and I wanted to let you know that I can see shadows under your images, so if you didn’t mess around with it anymore and get it to work for you–it works just fine for me w/ IE 6
